A visual novel containing content about weight gain.

Play as a male nurse with new working conditions at the clinic, and fatten up the nurses. Play as a police officer, solve detective cases, and influence your weight and that of your colleagues.

A senior nurse goes on field trips with junior nurse Iris, treating patients, and trying to impress senior nurse Helena. Suddenly, the hospital introduces new rules: patients can now be treated by fattening them up.

A junior sergeant, also the nurse's sister, goes on her first day at the police station, where she almost immediately finds herself embroiled in trouble.

Two main characters, two different stories. You can freely switch between them when not on missions. Note: The demo does not feature free switching, as only the linear prologue is available.

Make the nurse a feeder, and his sister a feedee/feeder—it's up to you. You can either bulk up or get fat, or you can get fat and bulk up. Everything will affect sister's appearance and gameplay; for example, if sister gets fat and doesn't exercise, she won't be able to catch the criminal.

The demo includes about half an hour of content. The first version, version 0.1, is planned for a couple of months, and it will contain 3x-4x more content than the demo.
